It’s been a wild ride, and I’m proud of every step we’ve taken.

But we can’t rest on our laurels. The world is changing, and we need to change with it. One of the things that’s been on my mind lately is the idea of sustainability. Not just in the environmental sense, but in every aspect of our community. How can we ensure that what we’re building today will still be standing strong in 10, 20, or even 50 years?

2. Shared Resources: We should create a central repository for all our teaching materials, lesson plans, and resources. That way, we can all benefit from each other’s expertise. I’ve already started a Google Drive folder, but we can expand on that.
3. Mentorship Program: Pairing new educators with more experienced ones can help us all grow and learn. I’m not sure about the details yet, but I think it’s a great idea.
